Your Tasks:

  • Consulting in facility and real estate management
  • Procurement of facility and property management services
  • Management of external service providers and ongoing quality monitoring
  • Implementation support and project management
  • Key account management, presentations and workshops for customers
  • Development of technical specifications
  • Active support for our customers' digitalisation strategy

You...

  • have a degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, utility or electrical engineering, facility management, business administration, economics, information technology or comparable
  • already have experience in purchasing and implementing FM services
  • have a good command of written and spoken English
  • work professionally, independently and are characterised by a positive demeanour
  • are at home in the Microsoft Office world
  • enjoy working in a team and show above-average commitment
  • are resilient and eager to learn
