Your Tasks:
- Beratung von Kunden zu Nachhaltigkeitsthemen, Entwicklung und Implementierung von Nachhaltigkeitsstrategien und -programmen
- Identification and development of measures to manage and achieve the client's sustainability goals
- Development of sustainability key figures and reporting
- Conducting and evaluating sustainability analyses on funding opportunities in the process of transforming buildings into sustainable green buildings
- Development of sustainability guidelines with regard to carbon management, EU taxonomy, green bonds, ESG, smart scores and QNGs
- Construction-related advice on certification and sustainability concepts
- Advising our clients and project management on all aspects of sustainable construction and operation, circular economy and life cycle assessment
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvements to sustainability data by utilising and supporting new, innovative solutions (in particular automation, AI)
- Supporting our clients in finding the right solutions to deal with the strategic, regulatory and technical challenges of decarbonisation

- have a successfully completed degree in sustainability, environmental management, energy management or a comparable property management qualification in the field of sustainability
- have experience in advising companies in the field of sustainability
- has knowledge in the development and implementation of sustainability strategies and programmes
- have experience in conducting sustainability analyses and assessments
- have knowledge in the preparation of ESG and sustainability reporting
- have a high customer and service orientation
- have strong analytical skills to structure complex issues, identify problems and derive solutions
- have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
- have knowledge of HOAI as well as construction and public procurement law
